The City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month unless otherwise posted. Meetings take place at the Lone Tree Civic Center located at 8527 Lone Tree Parkway.

For this meeting, the Council will hold a Regular Session at 5 p.m.. This is the meeting where Council votes on formal actions and hears public comment. Comments from the public are welcome at three different occasions during the course of the meeting:

1. Brief comments on items not scheduled on the Agenda will be heard under the Public Comment agenda item at the beginning of the meeting for a maximum of 30 minutes
2. Pertinent comments on all scheduled public hearing items will be heard following the presentation by staff and only after the Mayor opens the floor to public comment for that particular agenda item.
3. Upon invitation of the Mayor at the discretion of Council.
