City Offices will have a Delayed Opening on Thursday, November 7
City Offices will be open at 9:30 a.m.
The current intersection at Acres Green Drive and Parkway Drive features a four-way stop for multiple lanes of traffic. This project would look to make the intersection safer for both pedestrians and drivers.
The City applied for and received funding to construct a newly warranted traffic signal and ADA ramp upgrades as a safety improvement project. Pedestrian improvements at this proposed site will also be included using the latest industry-standard audio push button and pedestrian head technology. The City applied for construction-only funding and is managing the engineering design separately.

As part of this project, City of Lone Tree staff will look to:
- Construct a newly warranted signal
- Upgrade pedestrian ADA ramps
- Incorporate the latest in top-flight safety technology, to include an audible push button system and retroreflective backplates.
