The Couple District Master Park Plan is a master plan for the Couplet’s mixed-use district. Per the RidgeGate East Villages Sub-Area Plan, District Park Plans are intended to ensure that district park development “will support an active and healthy community by contributing to a safe, inclusive, connected and sustainable system of parks and recreation facilities where people of all ages and abilities can play, exercise, learn, relax and interact with art, culture and nature.” The current plan includes the following district parks proposed to be dedicated to the City following construction; all parks are currently proposed to be maintained by Rampart Range Metropolitan District:

Badger Gulch Park (3.59 acres)
Promontory Park (0.75 acres)
Greenway Park (4.25 acres)
Central Square (0.34 acres)

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

This proposal will be heard by City Council on December 19, 2023. The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the City Council Chambers, 8527 Lone Tree Pkwy., 80124.
