City of Lone Tree Justice Center

Information on this project will be updated here on a continual basis as it becomes available.

The City of Lone Tree continues to embark on two significant capital projects of its own with the construction of a new Justice Center and Public Works Operations facility. The new Justice Center will offer a more efficient layout, modern technology integration, and expanded spaces for legal proceedings, law enforcement, and community programs. This upgrade will enhance service delivery and ensure that Lone Tree’s justice system operates smoothly.

Both facilities will be located on the land donated to the City by Coventry Development as part of the RidgeGate development. This land, situated on the east side of I-25, will host the new Justice Center, Public Works Operations facility, and be home to the future High Note Regional Park.

The conceptual design process for both the Justice Center and Public Works Operations facility will continue in 2024 and 2025, with City Council approval of both project’s Site Improvement Plan (SIP) required before construction can begin.
