This is a proposal for a 425 unit multi-family development that includes 3,000 square feet of on-site retail and a 750 square foot leasing office. The proposal includes a two-deck addition to the existing on-site parking garage, as well as an on-site dog amenity area to serve future residents. The site is part of the Heritage Hills Planned Development, Planning Area 9, and the associated Heritage Hills Framework Plan.
