This is a proposal for a 106,400 square foot, 2-story commercial building for a future retail furniture store. The proposal includes the development of the new building on an infill lot within the RidgeGate Commons commercial area, between the existing Cabela’s store and the existing Marriott hotel. The proposal also includes the development of other site amenities including sidewalks, an outdoor patio space, and surrounding landscaping. The existing parking lot and shared access roads will remain as originally constructed. The site is part of Commercial/Mixed-Use area 2 within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6th Amendment.
