This is a proposal for an amendment to the RidgeGate Planned Development District, 6th Amendment. The Planned Development Amendment application (application ZR23-01) is being reviewed concurrently with a related Preliminary Plan Amendment application (application PP23-02).
The Planned Development Amendment would result in the existing Planned Development District becoming the RidgeGate Planned Development District, 7th Amendment. The proposed amendment includes a proposal to relocate a Commercial Mixed Use (C/M-U) Planning Area (specifically Planning Area #5) from the southwest corner of the intersection of High Note Avenue and RidgeGate Parkway (eastbound) to instead be located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Rhapsody Road and RidgeGate Parkway (eastbound). The area previously identified as Planning Area #5 is proposed to be redesignated as part of Planning Area #12, which is a Residential Mixed Use (R/M-U) Planning Area. Some other minor adjustments to Open Space (OS) Planning Areas are also proposed as part of the Planned Development Amendment application.
