This is a proposal for a single-family attached final plat for 35-acres of land in the northern portion of Southwest Village Filing 1. The proposal includes the creation of 4 lots for future development. Lot 1 is the subject of a single-family attached project that is currently under review. The creation of Tract A will facilitate a utility easement and trail access. This plat is part of the RidgeGate East Villages Sub-Area Plan.
