Tall Tales Ranch is a proposed approximately 20,000 square-foot facility for housing and work opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, along with other adults of different abilities, and staff. The site is located on 4.0 acres within RidgeGate, immediately to the north of the Schweiger Ranch historic compound and east of the RidgeGate Parkway Station (RTD light rail station) garage.
