City Offices will be open at 9:30 a.m.
As plans for development proceed in RidgeGate east of I-25, work on approved utility infrastructure is underway. For that reason, you will possibly be seeing flags for survey work, fencing, and in the future, earth-work activity and the installation of pipe in the area.
Below is a map that shows the current three Rampart Range Metro District (RRMD) infrastructure projects east of I-25. RRMD will have additional projects that will follow these three by mid-summer to complete getting water, sanitary, street and storm sewer infrastructure to each of the proposed development sites.
These three projects will ultimately be part of Parker Water and Sanitary sewer system as they will ultimately maintain the water and sewer infrastructure east of I-25.
