Join us for a day of education, community, and free trees.

City Forester Sam Waggener and Douglas County Master Gardeners will be on hand to provide valuable insights into the world of gardening and tree care. In addition to learning and socializing, attendees will have the opportunity to receive a free tree! We will have a wide variety of trees to choose from, and while they will be small in size on the day you pick them up, they will eventually grow to be between 25-60 feet tall and 30-40 feet wide.
