Badger Gulch Park

This is a proposal for a 3.36 acre park within the RidgeGate Central Village Couplet District. The proposal includes the development of a local trail network to connect surrounding residences and businesses to the Badger Gulch Regional Trail.  The proposal also includes the development of site amenities including a pavilion, picnic tables, restroom, demonstration garden, fitness equipment, children’s play equipment, and a pedestrian bridge across Badger Gulch. The site is part of Commercial/Mixed-Use area Number 4 within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6th Amendment.
