Amendments to Lone Tree Zoning Code and Design Guidelines and Standards

The City of Lone Tree is proposing amendments to Chapter 16 of the City Municipal Code and to the City’s Design Guidelines and Standards. These amendments are intended to:

• Provide clarity and consistency regarding the City’s requirements and processes;
• Include statutorily permitted land uses; and
• Integrate and refine design criteria that align with the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
