Floor and Décor

This is a proposal for a new flooring retail store, Floor and Décor, located at 8585 South Yosemite Street. This site is zoned Commercial, Subzone C2. The flooring retail store is proposed to move into the existing building that is partially occupied by the At Home store. There is 68,125 square feet of space within the existing building that will combine with an additional 13,795 square feet of space added to the north and east sides of the building to create an 81,920 square foot store. The proposal includes a building addition on the east side (facing Yosemite Street) that will feature a new customer entrance and a building addition on the north side that will accommodate customer pick up. Existing sidewalks and access to the site will remain as originally constructed. Minor changes to the parking area on the east and north side of the building are proposed, along with improvements to the surrounding landscaping.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

This proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission on August 8, 2023. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the City Council Chambers, 8527 Lone Tree Pkwy., 80124.
