This is a proposal for a final subdivision plat of approximately 17.62-acres of land within the RidgeGate Parkway couplet. The land proposed to be platted is located between westbound RidgeGate Parkway on the north and eastbound RidgeGate Parkway on the south. The proposal includes the creation of 3 lots for future development, 2 tracts for a future public park and the preservation of the Badger Gulch floodplain and open space area, and the dedication of public right-of-way for the creation of one new public street. All 3 lots are planned to be developed as Commercial Mixed Use uses based on the RidgeGate Planned Development District, 6th Amendment and the RidgeGate East Villages Sub-Area Plan.
