This is a proposal for a final subdivision plat of 44.764-acres of land within the Southwest Village Preliminary Plan area (also referred to as the Lyric community). The land proposed to be platted is located east of Havana Street, south of Lyric Street, and north of the Douglas County East-West Trail corridor. The proposal includes the creation of 100 single family detached residential lots, 3 tracts for HOA-maintained landscaping and trail connections, and 1 tract for future public open space and trails. The area of the proposed subdivision is located within the RidgeGate Planned Development District, 6th Amendment and the Southwest Village Preliminary Plan area.
Please note that this subdivision plat is being reviewed under the assumption that the Southwest Village Preliminary Plan Amendment (see project website for more details) and Southwest Village Filing No. 2 Right-of Way Vacation and Plat Amendment (see project website for more details) are first approved by City Council. Once those applications have been approved, the Southwest Village Filing No. 3 subdivision plat will be reviewed and approved by the City Manager, per Sec. 17-4-20 of the Lone Tree Municipal Code.
