This site is bordered on the west by the Happy Canyon Creek corridor, on the east by the Badger Gulch Corridor, on the south by Douglas County, and on the north by RidgeGate Parkway. As proposed, the plan includes:

  • 1,122 single-family detached residential lots
  • 104 tracts for open space, infrastructure and single-family attached and commercial development
  • A school site
  • A future regional park, as well as neighborhood parks
  • A recreation center and amenity site for future residents
  • Associated infrastructure improvements (roadways, utilities, pedestrian trails, etc.) to serve the proposed development

Development for this site is proposed to occur in five phases, with the first phase (single-family detached residential lots) anticipated to begin construction in 2021.
