The Reserve at Lone Tree

This is a proposal for a senior living facility consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, with a combined total of 206 units. The proposal includes the development of a new building with differing building heights of 2, 5, and 9 stories.  The tallest portion of the building will be located at the intersection of South Havana Street and High Note Avenue. The proposal also includes the development of other site amenities including new driveways, sidewalks and patio space along Havana Street, outdoor amenity space, outdoor recreation space, and landscaping.  Parking will be provided primarily within an underground garage, but will also include some surface parking behind the building. The site is part of the City Center area within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6^th Amendment, and is also within the Mixed Use Commuter Station (MU-3) district of the City Center Sub-Area Plan.
