Lone Tree Recreation Center Pickleball Courts

This is a proposal for the addition of outside amenities at Lone Tree Recreation Center. The proposal includes the development of six outdoor post tension concrete pickleball courts located at the southeast corner of the existing recreation center’s site, south of the parking lot.  The proposal also includes the development of two ADA pedestrian connections, shade pavilion, picnic tables, drinking fountain, waste receptacles, benches, and bike racks. Parking will be reduced from 202 to 185 spaces, which meets the requirements of 181 for this property. The site is part of Commercial/Mixed-Use area 2 within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6^th Amendment. This is a collaborative project between South Suburban Park and Recreation District and the City of Lone Tree.
