This is a transit-oriented mixed-use development that includes multi-family rental, ground floor retail, structured parking, and a large programable plaza in the north-east portion of the Park Meadows Mall. The multi-family component consists of 454 units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units with a wide range of private amenity spaces. Approximately 31,910 square feet of ground floor retail will be added, lining the new public plaza which will include site furnishings, water features, and programable space. The parking structures will provide 1,264 retail parking spaces and 517 residential parking spaces. The site is part of the Park Meadows Planned Development, 2nd Amendment.
