This is a proposal for a phased project that will include a five level 994 stall retail parking garage, 20,070 square feet of new retail space, and a 33,600 square foot programable plaza. The first phase will include the build-out of the parking garage and temporary landscaped entry between the parking garage and retail resort. The commercial space and plaza will be built out simultaneously as a future phase. This proposal amends and supersedes the previous application approved by council in 2023 which previously included mixed-use buildings. The site is part of the Park Meadows Planned Development, 2nd Amendment.
