This is a proposal for a new bank, Chase Bank, to be located at 9550 Heritage Hills Circle. The site is zoned as part of the Heritage Hills Planned Development, planning area 8. The proposed project consists of a one story 3,300 square foot building with associated parking, drive aisles and landscaping. The site will utilize the existing access on Heritage Hills Circle and the existing shared access road through the project site. Pedestrian access will be provided with a new sidewalk that connects to the existing pedestrian pathway/bridge that crosses over Lincon Avenue. The area on the north side of the property is set aside for a future use.

This proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission on August 13, 2024. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the City Council Chambers, 8527 Lone Tree Pkwy., 80124.
