This is a proposal for the development of a new apartment building consisting of 327 dwelling units, comprised of a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. The new building will be constructed between the RidgeGate Parkway couplet, with RidgeGate Parkway westbound on the north and RidgeGate Parkway eastbound on the south. The building will be accessed by a private drive on the west side of the proposed building, and also from a new public street on the east side of the proposed building. Parking for the apartment building will be provided primarily within a parking garage enclosed within and wrapped by the building, with some limited on-street and surface parking within the proposed private drive on the west side of the building. The proposal also includes the development of other site amenities including new driveways, sidewalks, plaza and outdoor amenity spaces, and landscaping. This site is part of the RidgeGate Parkway Couplet District as identified within the RidgeGate East Villages Sub-Area Plan.
Please note that this SIP proposal is to develop a lot within the RidgeGate East Filing No. 4 subdivision, which has not yet been approved or platted but is in the City’s application review process. The RidgeGate Couplet Apartments SIP application will not be approved until the associated subdivision application is approved.

This proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission on January 9, 2024. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the City Council Chambers, 8527 Lone Tree Pkwy., 80124.
