This is a proposal for the development of condominium and townhome units on a site planned for single-family attached housing within the Southwest Village (also referred to as Lyric) area. The project proposal includes the platting of lots for the condominium and townhome buildings, as well as the platting of public right-of-way for a new public street (Soprano Circle) to serve the condominium and townhome sites. The overall development will include a combined total of 270 dwelling units. The condominium portion of the project will include 190 units, consisting of 19 individual buildings with 10 condominium units in each building. The townhomes portion of the project will include 80 units, consisting of 20 individual buildings with 4 townhome units in each building. The proposal also includes the development of other site amenities including new driveways, sidewalks, outdoor amenity spaces, and landscaping. Parking will be provided through a combination of attached garages, detached garages, and surface parking lots. The site is within the RidgeGate Planned Development, 6th Amendment, and is also part of the Southwest Village area within the East Villages Sub-Area Plan.

Please note that this proposal is for one project but includes 3 separate applications:

  1. Replat application for the platting of the lots and right-of-way to serve the development;
  2. Site Improvement Plan (SIP) application for the condominium portion of the project, and;
  3. Site Improvement Plan (SIP) for the townhome portion of the project.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

This proposal will be heard by the Planning Commission on July 11, 2023. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Lone Tree Civic Center in the City Council Chambers, 8527 Lone Tree Pkwy., 80124.
