The following master plans apply to all areas of the City, unless otherwise noted:

City of Lone Tree Planned Developments

Planned Development Districts identify areas within the City that are zoned to accommodate a mix of land uses and/or to provide specialized design criteria to support a specific design context and/or neighborhood character. Each Planned Development (PD) District includes an associated PD Development Plan that guides development and redevelopment uses and design criteria within the district. In some cases, these plans are supplemented by framework or sub-area plans that specify additional development and design criteria for planning areas within the districts. Land use and design criteria for certain sub-area planning areas may be further delineated by approved Preliminary Plans, as indicated. All PD District Plans provided below represent the most recent amendment to the plan.
